Al Seef Tower

Manama, Bahrain

Rising 120m, the 31-storey corporate office tower is divided into two volumes, one of which presents an elliptical, glazed façade, while the other is enclosed in a double skin envelope made of a mesh in intertwined beams creating an abstract pattern. The development consists of an office tower on the main avenue, and a residential tower. The well-separated towers float above a 7-storey podium that contains 660 parking lots.
