Situated in the middle of a green park, this hotel aims to accommodate the growing number of business travelers visiting Kurdistan. It thus offers all the amenities business men come to expect such as a business/conference center, meeting rooms, fitness center, indoor pool, panoramic restaurant situated on top of the tower as well as two additional restaurants which open up to a garden.
There are two volumes: 12-storey hotel tower with its 150 guest rooms and suites and a business center housed in the horizontal structure that provides a volumetric balance to the hotel tower. The external cladding is metallic grey with touches of shining stainless steel.
